Shipping & Delivery

Some furniture ships by standard parcel service, while larger items may ship by freight carrier. Delivery timing, carrier method, and any residential or accessorial charges are displayed at checkout or confirmed before fulfillment when applicable.

Please inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier paperwork, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can help start a claim.
