Because furniture can involve oversized packaging and freight transportation, return eligibility varies by item and condition. Contact us before sending any item back. Returned merchandise must generally be unused, in original packaging, and approved with return instructions.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected item. We will review the issue and coordinate the appropriate resolution.
